The bill (Reg. No. 11215) suggests set time limits for the judge to send electronic copies of judicial decisions to the Single State Register of Judicial Decisions and establish responsibility for non-performance of this obligation.
Article 3 of the Law “On Access to Judicial Decisions” is to be supplemented with the provision according to which “the electronic copy of the judicial decision is to be sent to the Register by the judge who has adopted the decision no later than the day following the day the decision (decree) was adopted.
The electronic copy of the judicial decision that is subject to immediate execution is to be sent to the Register by the judge who has adopted the decision on the day of adoption of the decision (decree)”.
